1) New Patient Process Overview

This video will go over the flow that new patients will go through. It's best to get a feel for their journey so you understand everything as a whole.

2) Conversations & Opportunities

When a potential purchaser enters their information but does not purchase, they will receive messaging asking if they have questions which they can reply to.


The opportunities board is where you will see and manage the various stages that your new patients will go through. Things to keep in mind:

  • On the conversation use DND toggle if someone no longer wants to receive messages.
  • When you reply in the unread tab, the message will disappear. You can switch to the recent tab to see it.

3) Giving someone the link to purchase

So you don't have to remember the link, we have an easier way to insert it into a conversation.

  • Click the tag icon
  • Select "Custom Values"
  • Select "Website Link"
  • That value will translate into the website link for them to go back in and purchase!


Note: You can also use the page icon to insert a template message easily that will say: "Here's a link to the website to purchase and see more info <link>". This is available on mobile as well.

4) Calendar & Scheduling

Pay close attention to this one. There are many different ways to schedule, reschedule & confirm your patients. Figure out what's best for your workflow!


Note: If we are auto-confirming appointments, ignore steps regarding confirming appointments.


Some things to keep in mind:

  • When you schedule in the calendar view, you can schedule patients at ANY time, regardless of availability rules.
  • When you schedule in the appointments view, you're limited to the scheduling times defined in your calendar.
